Digify Africa is all about uplifting, educating and empowering young people to drive their own change by giving them the tools in order to do so. Our purpose is underpinned by helping young people create sustainable futures.

With this value proposition in mind, Digify Africa, through its platform Livemag.co.za created a programme in partnership with Woolworths Edition that is aimed at unearthing potential micro-influencers and democratising the brand influencer space by creating a platform for them to showcase their work.

THE CONCEPT

The idea is to amplify young micro-influencers’ voices and talent, give them the right tools in order to be able to market themselves efficiently and by partnering with Woolworths, give them a direct challenge(s) or brief:

  1. Raise awareness about Edition

  2. Align Edition to the young, trendy and spunky consumers

  3. Through 1-day digital training course we empowered influencers with tools to scale their social media influence and grow their business

The Woolworths Work It Campaign reached over 1.6 million people on social media and had over 10 000 views on Live Mag.
