Digify Africa together with Facebook Africa is giving 20 young people in Durban and Johannesburg the opportunity to be a part of Digify Pro, a ten-week intensive digital skills boot camp preparing you for a future career in digital marketing.

Digify Pro offers you the chance to learn about everything you need to know about digital marketing, from paid advertising, analytics to strategy. You will get the opportunity to work on live campaign briefs from some of the top communications agencies and brands that the continent has to offer.


At the end of the ten-week training, you will have acquired knowledge in the following spheres of digital marketing; Social media, content marketing, Google Adwords, Facebook advertising, analytics, search engine optimisation and key job-readiness skills.

Once the programme has been completed, graduates will take part in a work placement in agencies or organisations as either interns or junior staff for a minimum of 3 months Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by industry professionals from reputable advertising agencies from around the country.

As a testament of the quality of the programme, two teams from the Digify Pro 2.0 in Lagos, Nigeria emerged as runner up (2nd place) and 1st place winners at the YoungLAIFers Competition (Lagos Advertising and  Ideas Festival) which took place at the end of December 2018.

Twenty-five-year old trainee Thamsanqa Pasiya says, “The Digify Pro programme has been a life changing experience. I have always been interested in digital marketing but this programme has opened my mind to the many opportunities available. The skills that I have learnt here will not only help me launch my career in an agency but will also help me in starting my own business”.

“As a youth-driven network, our purpose is to support young people learning, working and leading Africa’s digital economy. In the past seven years, Digify Africa has trained over 90 000 young people in digital skills,” adds Qhakaza.
